On March 3–4, 2025, the ITUC Headquarters hosted an ordinary meeting of the Youth Committee of the Pan-European Regional Council (PERC). In the course of the event, the participants discussed the Agenda and the Work Plan for 2025 and ran a flashmob in support of Belarusian political prisoners.

A particular focus was placed on campaign and communications strategies, including the support provided to the Belarusian Congress of Democratic Trade Unions (BKDP). Also, the working principles for the 8th line-up of the Youth Committee were reviewed along with issues pertaining to interaction, digitalization, and mechanisms to expand the PERC Youth Network.
One of the important items on the agenda was the discussion of initiatives and impending activities. The meeting was concluded with an action of solidarity with imprisoned Belarusian unionists. The PERC Youth Committee members took a group photo wearing T-shirts that featured a call to release political prisoners in Belarus.
